An Introduction of Sorts

Hey there.  I made this blog because well one I'm trying to avoid the food calling out to me from the cabinet and two because I need the have somewhere to post my thoughts, post the lovely pictures I find, the videos, and you know whatever.  I think it'll keep me motivated to lose.
So let me show you what my regime is going to be for a month or 2.


Morning
Wake up at about 5:30am or 6:00am
Do required amount of sit-ups and push-ups for that month (add 100 sit-ups each month and 25 push-ups each month)
Take a shower, dry hair, straighten hair, eyeliner, make up, etc.
Get dressed
Have either 2 pieces of toast with nothing on them or 1 piece with jelly.

Afternoon
If at school, eat some grapes or strawberries or nothing.
For lunch at mom's, eat baby carrots with mustard and celery.  Maybe some grapes....

Evening
Have a few crackers and a Laughing Cow cheese triangle and some grapes
Do the same amount of morning sit-ups and push-ups and maybe go to the park and jog around the track for half and hour

I think that sounds like a good plan?  I'll check the calories tomorrow and figure out how much I'll burn and that will show how many calories I'll be consuming.  :)  Sweet, well I think I'm going to post some pictures and a journal type thing and then going to establish myself on youtube and livejournal and then I'm going to bed.
